'Christ and the Crises of Life'

Lenten Series to air on cable TV

Father Anthony Mancini, rector of the Cathedral of SS. Peter and Paul, will host a five-part Lenten series reflecting on "Christ and the Crises of Life." The first part of the series deals with "Truth - What does that mean?" This program airs on Monday, Feb. 26, at 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., on Cox Channel 14 and Full Channel 59.

As part of the program, the Gregorian Concert Choir performs under the direction of Father Mancini with Philip Faraone, organist.

The series will continue, airing as follows:

Monday, March 5 - "The Crisis of Doubt"

Monday, March 12 - "The Crisis of Sin"

Monday, March 19 - "The Crisis of Fear"

Monday, March 26 - "The Crisis of Death"

The series is produced by the diocesan Office of Communications with partial funding from the annual Catholic Communication Campaign collection.
