Pro-life activists gathered at the Rhode Island State House on Jan. 26 to demonstrate their opposition to legislation that would codify Roe v. Wade into state law while doing away with all restrictions on abortion, including the state’s ban on partial-birth abortion.
The faithful came together again in large numbers to defend life on Tuesday, March 5, when, after press time, House legislators voted in approval on a revised bill in a 9-to-7 vote.
