Bishop Thomas J. Tobin installed Father Stephen J. Dandeneau as pastor of Saint Eugene Parish in Chepachet on Sunday, August 26. In his homily, the bishop told parishioners that he was confident that Father Dandeneau was qualified to be their new pastor, and with the help of parish delegates, will assist the pastoral care of the people of St. Eugene Parish. “They are the voice of your people, always be attentive to the needs they express,” Bishop Tobin said.
