ADMINISTRATIVE LEAVE
On August 26, the Diocese of Providence placed Father Robert L. Bailey, pastor of Holy Cross Church, Providence, on a temporary administrative leave due to concerns over personal behavior inconsistent with priestly ministry. Father Bailey has been pastor of Holy Cross Church since 2013. During this administrative leave, Father Bailey may not publicly minister or present himself as a priest.
