St. Mary’s Church to hold autumn bazaar

Precious Blood parish to host harvest bazaar

WOONSOCKET—Precious Blood parish, 94 Carrington Ave, will hold its fifth annual harvest bazaar and craft fair on Saturday, Oct. 17, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Sunday, Oct. 18, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. New and returning craft vendors will offer their creations for sale.?Continental breakfast will be available on both days. Concert to benefit diocesan seminary

PROVIDENCE — On Sunday, Oct. 25, at 3 p.m., at the Cathedral of SS. Peter and Paul, there will be a concert entitled, “Celebrating the Call:?The Year of the Priesthood,” held to benefit the education of young men preparing for the priesthood. SS. John & Paul to offer fraud awareness seminar

COVENTRY — The Outreach Committee of SS. John & Paul Church, 341 South Main St., will host a fraud awareness seminar on Monday, Oct. 19 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the church parish center. The seminar, titled “FRAUD! What is FRAUD?” will be conducted by representatives from the Rhode Island Attorney General’s office, the Coventry Police Department, and the Coventry Postal Service.
