WARWICK — On Wednesday, Jan. 17, the St. Rose of Lima School community in Warwick welcomed Bishop Richard G. Henning for a memorable visit. It was a special opportunity for the students to get to know their diocesan shepherd and ask questions about what life for a bishop is like. The younger students sang songs and offered short presentations, while the older students had the opportunity to have a Q&A with Bishop Henning. The little ones particularly loved hearing about Bishop Henning’s dog Agnes, with one raising her hand to sweetly ask, “Did you teach your dog to do the Sign of the Cross,” which generated a big smile from the bishop.
