Msgr. William McCaffrey to observe 50th Anniversary of Ordination with
Mass of Thanksgiving
RUMFORD — Rev. Msgr. William J. McCaffrey, pastor-emeritus of St. Margaret’s Parish, will offer a Mass of Thanksgiving in observance of his 50th anniversary of Ordination to the Priesthood on Sunday, July 10, at 10:30 a.m. in St. Margaret’s Church. A Coffee An’ reception will follow in the community room to which all are invited.
Lectio: Prayer at St. Pius V
PROVIDENCE — At St. Pius V Church, 240 Eaton St. Providence, Caffe Lepanto, will hold Lectio: Prayer for 6 consecutive Wednesdays beginning July 13, 12:45 p.m. Lectio: Prayer was created to help people find intimacy with God through effective, conversational prayer. Afternoon of Music
WARREN — On Sunday, July 17, 1 – 4 p.m., St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 500 Metacom Ave., will hold an afternoon of free music. Gary James Farias will be providing the entertainment outside. The kitchen will be open and selling food and beverages. There will be tickets sold for a raffle and 50/50 split the pot. Please bring a chair for seating.
