Hundreds throughout New England come together in faith at Hispanic Family Pilgrimage


On Saturday, Aug. 24, close to 400 faithful from dioceses throughout New England participated in the annual Hispanic family pilgrimage at the National Shrine of Our Lady La Salette in Attleboro, Massachusetts. The day began with morning prayer, followed by a keynote address by Ivan Diaz, as well as breakout sessions. After lunch participants had the opportunity to go to confession and pray the rosary around the pond. The day ended with Mass celebrated by The Most. Rev. Edgar Moreira DaCunha, Bishop of the Diocese of Fall River. The event was organized by the Association of Hispanic Ministries of the region.
