Bishop Tobin has accepted the resignation of the Reverend Richard A. Narciso as Pastor of St. Elizabeth Parish, Bristol, effective July 1, 2018. At the request of Father Narciso, he has also been granted a temporary leave of absence from the active ministry for reasons of health, effective July 1, 2018.
