Mass of Anointing

WARWICK — St. Peter Church, 350 Fair St., will hold a Mass with the Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick for those seriously ill due to sickness or advanced age on Saturday, May 30, at 11 a.m. The church is handicap accessible. World Youth Day 2027

PROVIDENCE — The Secretariat for Evangelization and Pastoral Planning will not organize a formal group for World Youth Day 2027 in Seoul, but Rhode Island pilgrims are invited to join groups from the Diocese of Fall River or the Archdiocese of Boston. Mother of Hope Opens Day Camp Registration

CHEPACHET — Mother of Hope Camp, 1585 West Greenville Road, has opened registration for the Summer 2026 Day Camp season, which officially begins on Monday, June 22. Adoration at Aldrich

WARWICK — Aldrich Mansion, 836 Warwick Neck Ave., will host “Adoration at Aldrich,” an outdoor evening of worship, on Thursday, May 28, from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Bishop Bruce A. Lewandowski, C.Ss.R., will lead candlelight prayer and worship before the Most Blessed Sacrament. The event will feature music beginning at 6:30 p.m., followed by Adoration at 7 p.m. and light refreshments. Attendees are asked to bring their own blankets or lawn chairs. In case of rain, the event will move to St. Timothy Church, Warwick. Registration is required as space is limited to 400 participants.

Annual May Breakfast

EAST PROVIDENCE — Our Lady of Loreto Church, 346 Waterman Ave., will hold its Annual May Breakfast in the parish hall on Sunday, May 31, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. The event will feature pancakes, sausage, ham, eggs, beans, fruit, breakfast pastry, juice, coffee, raffles and a 50/50 raffle. Jubilarian Celebration

GREENVILLE — St. Philip Parish, 622 Putnam Pike, will host a special Holy Mass to honor Religious Jubilarians on Sunday, May 31, at 11:30 a.m. Bishop Bruce A. Lewandowski, C.Ss.R., will celebrate the liturgy in thanksgiving for those marking significant anniversaries of religious life ranging from 25 to 80 years. Convening on Immigration and Migration

PROVIDENCE — The Diocese of Providence will host “Continuing the Conversation: A Convening on Immigration and Migration” on Wednesday, June 3, at 6:30 p.m. in the lower hall of the Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul. Vacation Bible Camp

PROVIDENCE — St. Patrick Church, 244 Smith St., will host the Msgr. Sabourin Vacation Bible Camp for people with disabilities from Monday, July 13, to Friday, July 17, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The integrated, bilingual and wheelchair-accessible camp is sponsored by the Moran-Ventre Foundation and the Office of the Apostolate with People with Disabilities. Bowling Tournament

CRANSTON — The Arthur S. Rosary for Migrants

CENTRAL FALLS — Fuerza Laboral, 6 Chases Lane, will host a Rosary for Migrants with Bishop Bruce Lewandowski on Saturday, June 6, at 11 a.m. Participants will walk to the Wyatt Detention Center at 950 High St. to pray for detained brothers and sisters. The event will feature a devotion on the public sidewalk from 11:15 to 11:45 a.m. before returning to Chases Lane.

Saint Anthony Flea Market

NORTH PROVIDENCE — Saint Anthony Parish, 1413 Mineral Spring Ave., will hold its giant indoor flea market on Saturday, June 6, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event will feature various items in the Parish Center Gymnasium located directly behind the church. There is plenty of parking available.

Vintage Car Show & BBQ

PROVIDENCE — St. Thomas Church, 65 Fruit Hill Ave., will hold its Vintage Car Show & BBQ on Sunday, June 7, beginning at 1 p.m., rain or shine. The event will feature a display of classic and vintage cars, fellowship, pulled pork, hamburgers, hot dogs, side dishes, desserts and all the fixings. BURRILLVILLE — The Shrine of the Little Flower, 35 Dion Drive (Nasonville), will host a candlelight Rosary in honor of the Feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary on Saturday, June 13, at 8:40 p.m. The event will take place in the outdoor shrine, or in the Shrine Church in the event of inclement weather.

PROVIDENCE —The Knights of Columbus will welcome Father Chris Murphy on Friday, June 19, at 7 p.m., at St. Augustine Church, 20 Old Rd. (basement entrance). Father Murphy will discuss his experiences as spiritual director of the Pontifical North American College in Rome.
