Students get a surprise visit from local firefighters

Students from St. Mary Academy - Bay View in East Providence were dressed up as their favorite story book characters as part of the Lower School Reading Week when they got a big surprise from East Providence Fire Engine #4. The Kindergarten class recently completed a unit on community helpers, which included a section on firefighters and appreciation for what they do to serve the community.
