Wax Museum Presentation at Woodlawn Catholic Regional School

Saint Anthony Church to host annual feast of patron saint
NORTH PROVIDENCE — Saint Anthony Church, 1413 Mineral Spring Ave., will host the 41st annual Feast of Saint Anthony outdoors on the parish grounds on Thursday, June 6 and Friday, June 7, from 5 – 11 p.m.; Saturday, June 8, noon – 11 p.m.; and Sunday, June 9, 1 – 6 p.m. Live entertainment, an indoor flea market, grand raffle, food, full bar for 21+, games and rides will be available. Yard Sale at St. Agnes Church
PROVIDENCE — St. Agnes Church, 351 Branch Ave., will host a parish yard sale on Saturday, June 8, from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. No early birds will be allowed in. Rain date is Saturday, June 15. Mass for healing offered at St. James Chapel

Strawberry Festival Dinner
NORTH SCITUATE — St. Joseph Parish will host the annual Strawberry Festival Dinner on Friday, June 14 from 5 – 7 p.m. in the church hall, 144 Danielson Pike. The menu will be a ham and barbecued chicken dinner including potato salad, coleslaw, baked beans, cornbread muffins, beverages and strawberry shortcake for dessert. St. Peter and Paul Church Healing & Anointing Mass

WEST WARWICK — A Healing and Anointing Mass will be held on Saturday, June 15 at 11 a.m. in the church at 48 Highland St. A luncheon menu of chicken soup, tuna and chicken sandwiches, pasta and fruit salads, pizza, dessert, coffee, water, etc. will be hosted in the church hall following the Mass. Hope and Cope support group to meet
PORTSMOUTH — The St. Matthias Ministry Hope and Cope Support Group will meet on Sunday, June 16, from 5 - 6 p.m. in the chapel meeting room, under the chapel, at St. Barnabas Church, 1697 E. Main Road. If you know someone who is supporting a loved one or friend in need of recovery or currently in recovery yourself, then this group is for you. St. Thomas More Praise & Worship

Corpus Christi Celebration

Corpus Christi procession at St. Mark Church
CRANSTON — Come pray and walk together with the Lord on Sunday, June 23 at St. Mark Church, 9 Garden Court. The celebration will consist of Solemn Mass at 11 a.m., a traditional Eucharistic Procession of song and prayer, followed by Benediction and concluded with a Coffee &. The procession will travel the city block of the St. Mark grounds.

COVENTRY — The parish will hold a Polish Festival on Friday, June 28, from 5-10 p.m.; Saturday, June 29, from 5-10 p.m.; and Sunday, June 30, from noon until 4 p.m., on the school grounds located at 222 MacArthur Blvd. and Rte. 117. The event will feature games, crafts, raffles, cow chip bingo and more. Ignatian Volunteer Corps seeks volunteers
PROVIDENCE— The Ignatian Volunteer Corps is currently seeking volunteers to start in the Fall of 2019. Each volunteer commits to serve two days per week for 10 months at an agency working with individuals struggling with poverty and marginalization. Volunteers also take part in monthly opportunities for spiritual growth. Placement sites are located in the Providence, Worcester and Boston areas.
