PROVIDENCE—The Diocese of Providence Office of Communications has announced a special program about the Seminary of Our Lady of Providence that will air on September 24 at 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., and October 3 at 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. on Rhode Island State Interconnect Cox Channel 14 and Full Channel 59.
The program, “Answering the Call,” introduces viewers to three Seminarians who are currently studying to become Catholic priests in the Diocese of Providence: Chris Murphy, fourth year college student; Andrew Messina, third year theology student; and Jeremy Rodrigues, fourth year theology student. Father Albert Kenny, Rector of the Seminary and Father Michael Najim, Vocations Director, explain the formation program for the seminarians.
