Pro-choice: bird life over human life

Posted

To the Editor:

Surely the senior senator from Massachusetts does not expect to be taken seriously when he maintains that his opposition to the environmentally superior form on energy – wind turbines off Cape Cod – is based on his supposed concern that "birds will die." This from a man who has long been adamantly in favor of unlimited abortion of human life, but is now worried over the possible demise of bird life. Please!

In addition, other sites that do have wind turbines for energy report that birds are apparently smarter than their human advocates. Perhaps one or two birds a year die via these windmills.

One surely wonders if the senator's "given reason is the real reason."
