Priorities of Catholics in Rhode Island

Posted

TO THE EDITOR,

Thank you Deacon Di Orio for your perceptive commentary regarding the current state of mind of our average catholic citizen in Rhode Island.

I perceive that the average catholic citizen in Rhode Island does not care for the unborn babies nor the citizens of our state approaching the end of their lives. The average catholic citizen living in our state only cares about the politician that they can vote for whom they hope will give them something for their vote. I pray that things may change when all we indignant Irish, English, Italian and French people are dead and gone! Wait a minute! We are still left with indignant African, Latin American, Asian, Middle Eastern communities to deal with! Maybe they will turn out to be more Pro-Life than us Western Europeans? Let us pray!
