To the Editor:
It would be wonderful if a Catholic religious order or organization would purchase Our Lady of Peace Spiritual Life Center in Narragansett, repair it and reopen it as a retreat house. It was a peace-filled place. I attended many programs there and went on a week-long retreat nearly every year for 25 years. Many people returned year after year because they too found it life-giving.
I would hate to see that beautiful property used for any other purpose than a retreat house.
