Offering their reflections on the apparitions at Fatima

Jim Coulson, left and Anthony Tedeschi hold a rosary and relics they obtained during some of the many pilgrimages they’ve made with groups to Fatima in Portugal.

On Tuesday, October 21 at 7 p.m., the Knights of Columbus Father Bouffard Council will offer for viewing a statue of the Blessed Mother brought back from Fatima, and veneration of the relics of two of the three children who said they witnessed the apparition of the Blessed Mother at Fatima in 1917. Tedeschi, a Knight, received a set of the relics from one of the keepers of the shrine at Fatima during one of his visits. The evening will also feature prayer and a talk by Coulson, who will speak about the interactions he had during some of his visits to Fatima with Sister Lucia dos Santos, one of the shepherd children who witnessed the apparitions.
