WOONSOCKET — Mount Saint Charles Academy junior Maikah Bulpitt of Cumberland, recently completed a generous service project for the community of Central Falls.

With help from her peers at Mount Saint Charles and a $150 donation from Dave’s Marketplace, Bulpitt was able to collect 350 pounds of food which was donated to Veterans Memorial Elementary School in Central Falls.

“Everyone should be given food for the holidays,” Bulpitt said. “Just because you’re in need doesn’t mean you shouldn’t eat. No one should go hungry.”

Because of her devotion to this project and the generous contributions she received, Veterans Memorial was able to create baskets for Central Falls families in need this holiday season.
