Joseph M. Reilly

NORTH SMITHFIELD — Joseph M. Reilly, 84, of Carriage Drive, Lincoln, the brother of Bishop Daniel P. Reilly, Bishop Emeritus of Worcester,?MA, died April 15 at St. Antoine Residence.

Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Francis and Mary A. (Burns) Reilly, and had lived in Lincoln since 1974,

He was employed as an electrician for the J&H Electric Co. for 41 years, before retiring in 1984. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus, Tyler-Providence Council, and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, where he served on the board for many years. He served in the Navy during WWII.

In addition to Bishop Reilly, he is survived by four other brothers, Francis E., Thomas L. and Raymond W. Reilly, all of Lincoln, and John J. Reilly of Cumberland; three sisters, Mary C. and Eileen L. Reilly, and Rita A. Marceau, all of Lincoln, and several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial was concelebrated April 18 in St. Jude Church, Lincoln. Burial was in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
