The Prout School girls’ swim team placed second, out of 28 teams from New England, in the 30th Annual Bay View Swim Invitational at Brown University on Sunday, January 24. Prout freshman Alexandra Miko-Rydzaj was named “Freshman Swimmer of the Meet” for the most points scored by a freshman. Prout’s boys’ lacrosse team’s head coach Tim Ryan has been recognized by the National Federation of High Schools Coaches Association as its 2015 Rhode Island Coach of the Year for boys’ lacrosse.
