Father Mark Sauriol, chaplain of St. Raphael Academy in Pawtucket, celebrated Mass for the new instructors and welcomed them into the next chapter of their lives in Catholic education. “You are not only going to shape students in this life, but shape them for eternity and that is a big task, a privilege and an honor,” said Father Sauriol. Katie Strout is looking forward to beginning her teaching career at St. Peter’s in Warwick. “It’s going to be a great new experience,” the third grade teacher said. “I’m excited to be teaching at a Catholic school. I can’t wait to get started.”
