Cluny School student makes Top 10 at RI Geography Bee

Patrick May, a seventh grader from Cluny School in Newport, the only Top 10 finalist from among the Catholic school competitors, took sixth place at the statewide Geography Bee sponsored by the National Geographic Society. This was Patrick’s third year representing Cluny School. Eli Fulton, a home-schooled eighth-grader from North Kingstown, took first place in state for the second year in a row and will represent Rhode Island at the 28th Annual National Geographic Bee championship in Washington, D.C. on May 23-25.
