Bishop to speak at 11th Annual Interfaith Prayer Breakfast

SMITHFIELD - Bishop Thomas J. Tobin will be the guest speaker at the 11th Annual Interfaith Prayer Breakfast on Feb. 14, 7:30-8:30 a.m., at the Heidi and Walter Stepan Grand Hall of the George E. Bello Center for Information and Technology at Bryant University.

Bishop Tobin will speak on the theme "Prayer begets faith, faith begets love, and love begets service on behalf of the poor."

The Interfaith Prayer Breakfast is patterned after the National Prayer Breakfast that occurs every year in Washington during the first week in February. It is designed to give attendees an inspirational hour of music, prayer and a spiritual message.
