Parish plans Trunk Sale

WESTERLY — St. Clare Parish is planning a Trunk Sale on June 22, with a rain date of June 29, from 9 a.m.-noon in the church parking lot, 62 Crandall Ave. Food items, including pizza, fried dough, donuts , coffee and hot dogs will be available for purchase. Please call the parish at 348-8765 to reserve a space. Proceeds to benefit parish center building fund.

Spend ‘A Day with Mary’

WOONSOCKET — St. Stanislaus Kostka Parish, 188 Harris Ave., will host ‘A Day with Mary’ on Saturday, June 29. The day, conducted by the Franciscans of the Immaculate, begins at 10 a.m. with a Fatima video in the church hall. The morning will include a procession of Our Lady, Angelus, crowning ceremony, sung Litany, Rosary, 12:15 p.m. lunch (please bring bag lunch), The afternoon session will begin at 1:15 p.m. with exposition and procession of the Blessed Sacrament, Adoration, sermon on Our Lady, meditation on Our Lord's Passion, Divine Mercy chaplet, Benediction, 4 p.m. vigil Mass with enrollment in the Brown Scapular, and conferment of Miraculous Medal. Saint Antoine to mark 100th anniversary

NORTH SMITHFIELD — The public is invited to a Mass of Thanksgiving at Precious Blood Church, 94 Carrington Ave., Woonsocket, June 9 at 1 p.m., celebrated by Bishop Thomas J. Tobin to mark the 100th anniversary of Saint Antoine Residence. Following the Mass, there will be a reception at the Villa at Saint Antoine. New ‘Angel Help Line’ is 24/7 source for post-abortive women

PROVIDENCE — The Office of Life and Family Ministry has announced the availability of an important resource for women and families. The “Angel Help Line,” is a 24-hour, 7 day a week resource, staffed by volunteers, that will assist callers in need of support and fulfill the needs of post-abortive women and men seeking healing and forgiveness. The Angels hope to engage the caller and then provide information on post-abortion ministries that promotes emotional and spiritual healing. Angels will also provide a lifeline to women and families calling for assistance through the diocesan Gabriel Project reaching out to women during and beyond pregnancy. Festival of the Holy Spirit

PROVIDENCE — St. Patrick Parish, 244 Smith St., will present their Holy Spirit Festival, in honor of Father John Randall, on Saturday, June 15 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Father Frank Santilli, pastor of St. Philip Parish, Smithfield, will be the guest speaker and lead a special healing service. Musical guests singing praise and worship include Stone Refuge, NBJ Band, John Polce and Jim Antonelli. The event will also include free food and raffles. Youth ministry planning Spaghetti Supper

WOONSOCKET — Saint Agatha and Precious Blood Youth Ministry will host a Spaghetti Supper on Saturday, June 22 from 4-7 p.m. in the Saint Agatha Parish Hall, at the corner of Logee Street and Fairfield Avenue. Menu includes all you can eat pasta, meatballs, salad, bread, beverage and dessert. Proceeds will help defray the cost for 25 youth and adults to attend the Steubenville East Catholic Youth Conference at the University of Rhode Island, July 19-21.
