Christmas concert

PROVIDENCE — St. Mary Church, 538 Broadway, will host a Christmas concert, December 15, 6:30 p.m., in the church. The concert will be performed by members of the Voice Studio of John Cottone, Cumberland, and will include music from the Middle Ages through the present era. A free-will offering will be collected. Advent vespers

WARWICK — Sts. Rose and Clement Parish, 111 Long St., will hold an Advent vespers service in honor of Our Lady of Guadalupe, December 12, 7 p.m., in St. Clement Church. The service will include special prayers and music in honor of the Virgin Mary, as well as benediction of the Blessed Sacrament. The sacrament of Reconciliation will be offered after the service. Loreto Scripture study

EAST PROVIDENCE —?Our Lady of Loreto Church, 346 Waterman Ave., will hold a Scripture study, December 18, 7-8 p.m., in the parish meeting room located next door to the church. Timothy Reid, who holds a master’s degree in theology from Providence College, will present an overview of the Infancy Narratives. Our Lady of Grace concert

JOHNSTON — Our Lady of Grace Church, 15 George Waterman Road, will sponsor a “Christmas Concert of Sacred Music,” December 16, 3 p.m., in the church. The concert will be presented by the Gregorian Concert Choir, under the direction of Father Anthony Mancini. Following the concert, a holiday buffet will be served in Fioretti Hall. WARWICK — Sts. Rose and Clement Parish will hold its annual Christmas concert, December 7, 7:30 p.m., at St. Clement Church, 111 Long Street. The concert will feature the Bishop Hendricken High School Concert and Jazz bands, the school chorus, the National Guard Band and the parish choir.
