Annette T. Paquette, 95

PAWTUCKET —Annette T. (Duval) Paquette, 95, a resident of The Jeanne Jugan Residence, died July 6 at the residence. She was the wife of the late Valere A. Paquette, and mother of Father Joseph R. Paquette, pastor of St. Teresa of the Child Jesus Church, Pawtucket.

Born in Central Falls, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Donalda (Gendron) Duval. She was a communicant of St. Teresa Church and was a member of the Legion of Mary and St. Teresa's Seniors. She served as President of St. Cecilia Senior Citizens for three terms, and held all offices in the group. An active volunteer at LaSalette Shrine, Attleboro, Mass., for many years, she organized many fundraising events.

In addition to Father Paquette, she is survived by two other sons, Donald G. Paquette of Cranston, and Richard V. Paquette of Lake Worth, Fla.; a sister, Maria Tetreault of Pawtucket; and several grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Albert, Henry, Joseph and Theodora Duval, Bernadette Benoit, Yvonne Vaillancourt, Theresa Vadnais and Rita Rheault.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated July 11 at St. Teresa of the Child Jesus Church. Burial was in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket.
