TO THE EDITOR:
How ironic it is for some members of Occupy Providence (who make such a commotion over free speech) to take away the chance to speak by the Rhode Island Right to Life organization, and especially of those Roman Catholics present for the rally (who provided a homeless day shelter which they demanded of the city.
Occupy Providence supporters threw condoms at school children, and covered speakers’ faces with their placards, and chanted and shouted the other speakers down.
One guesses that some Occupy people are only for their own free speech; and are actually actively against anyone else with contrasting ideas.
