TIME FOR REJOICING: Bishop Thomas J. Tobin presides over a Mass during which he blessed the new chapel at the Rejoice in Hope Youth Center, Cranston.
The chapel, which seats 40, provides a sacred space for Masses, as well as prayer and reflection during youth retreats. In his homily, the bishop called on those in attendance to become living witnesses to Christ, and to not leave the chapel unchanged as spiritual people.
