In his homily, he shared that the Catholic Church is very grateful for all those who are involved in scouting as the camp celebrates this milestone.

“As we celebrate Mass we want to remember with gratitude all those who have been part of this wonderful program for 100 years. It’s amazing to think about all those who contributed to the program and all those who continue to be involved in the scouting program, all the leaders, volunteers, parents and all of the scouts who are present here today. Thank you for your good work. Scouting is a wonderful program. It’s very important at teaching good values that are important in life and we pray that God will continue to bless your work in the days and years to come.”
