Annual White Mass to be celebrated at Fatima Hospital

NORTH PROVIDENCE — The Rhode Island Catholic Medical Society invites all physicians, health care professionals, workers, their families and patients to the 2015 White Mass. The Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 14, at 7 p.m., at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital, 200 High Service Ave. Reverend Monsignor Albert A. Kenney, Vicar General of the Diocese of Providence, will celebrate the annual White Mass, and ask the Lord’s blessings upon those called to share His work of healing. Father Nicanor Austriaco, O.P., Ph.D., S.T.D., associate professor of Biology at Providence College will be the homilist. A light reception will immediately follow the Mass in the hospital cafeteria.
