St. Joseph flea market

Harvest Bazaar at Precious Blood Church

WOONSOCKET — Precious Blood Church, 94 Carrington Ave., will hold its annual Harvest Bazaar and Craft Sale, October 13, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.; and October 14, 9 a.m.-1 p.m., in the church hall. The event will include split the pot, games, raffles, used books and videos, homemade pastry and fudge. The kitchen will serve international specialties, including dynamites and French meat pies. Men of St. Joseph

PROVIDENCE — The Rhode Island Men of St. Joseph will hold a “Day of Prayer for Men,” October 6, 8 a.m.-2 p.m., at the Cathedral of SS. Peter and Paul, One Cathedral Square. The event will include Mass, guest speakers, music, time for discussion and reflection and lunch. Archbishop George H. Pearce will be the main celebrant of the Mass; Father John C. Rosary talk, workshop

“Walk for Life”

WESTERLY — St. Pius X Parish, 44 Elm St., will sponsor their annual “Walk for Life,” October 21, following the 10:30 a.m. Mass. The three-mile walk will start and finish at the church, and includes a brief prayer service at the Tomb of the Unborn in St. Sebastian Cemetery. Refreshments will be served following the walk. Fatima celebration

PROVIDENCE — Our Lady of the Rosary Church, 21 Traverse St., will hold a special celebration, Oct. 12, 7 p.m., in honor of the 90 year-anniversary of Our Lady of the Rosary’s last apparition at Fatima, Portugal. Bishop Thomas J. Tobin will be the main concelebrant and homilist at the anniversary Mass. Following Mass, there will be a candlelight procession, followed by a reception in the parish hall. Annulment information seminars

PROVIDENCE — The Tribunal Office of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Providence will be offering informational seminars regarding the process of petitioning for a declaration of nullity of a former marriage, also known as annulment. A presentation by the Tribunal staff will include a basic overview and explanation of the process. All sessions are at 7 p.m.:
