La Salette Shrine to hold healing service

ATTLEBORO, Mass. - The National Shrine of Our Lady of La Salette, 947 Park St., will host a "Hispanic Healing Service," Feb. 4, 2:30 p.m. The service will be conducted in Spanish by La Salette Father Pedro Chingandu. Music will be provided by the St. Charles Music Ministry. The service will include Mass, teaching and the opportunity to be anointed and prayed over individually. The meetings will be conducted by La Salette Father John Sullivan, and offer an opportunity for participants to gather for prayer, study and to act for peace and justice. Project Gabriel workshop planned

WARWICK - Project Gabriel will hold a workshop for individuals interested in helping people involved in a crisis pregnancy, Feb. 10, 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m., at St. Gregory the Great Church, 360 Cowesett Road. The workshop will provide training about how to establish a safe environment, and will include a discussion about caring for people involved in a crisis pregnancy, and information about how to start a parish Project Gabriel program. St. Timothy Church to sponsor 'Mardi Gras Night'

WARWICK - The Holy Name Society and Women's Club of St. Timothy Church, 1799 Warwick Ave., will host "Mardi Gras Night," Feb. 16, cocktails, 6:30 p.m.; dinner, 7:30 p.m., at the West Valley Inn, West Warwick.
