‘A Federal Hill Christmas’

The concert will feature Italian and American Christmas selections, and will include a performance by the Holy Ghost Church Concert Choir, under the direction of George J. Mancini. ‘Sounds of the Season’
PROVIDENCE — The Gregorian Concert Choir and Festival Orchestra, under the direction of Father Anthony Mancini, will perform a benefit concert, December 9, 3 p.m., in the Cathedral of SS. World AIDS Day Mass
PROVIDENCE — The diocesan Office of Black Catholic Ministry, in conjunction with Holy Name of Jesus Church, 99 Camp St., will sponsor a World AIDS?Day Mass, December 1, 9 a.m., in the church. Following Mass, there will be a coffee hour and presentation in the parish hall, and a performance of “I Believe in Angels” by local children. Adult education classes
WARWICK — St, Francis Church, 596 Jefferson Blvd., will hold a series of Advent adult education classes on three consecutive Wednesdays beginning December 5, 7 p.m., in the new lower rectory meeting room. The topic will be “The Sermon on the Mount: Fellowship or Sonship?” The series will be presented by Father John A. Kiley, pastor.
