Boy Scout fundraiser

WOONSOCKET — Boy Scout Troop No. 1106 of All Saints Parish will hold its annual “Fish and Chip Fundraiser Dinner,” November 10, 4:30-7 p.m., in the parish hall, 323 Rathbun St. The menu will include juice, fish and chips, coffee and dessert. Marcus Grodi presentations PROVIDENCE — Morning Star Christian Center will sponsor a conference consisting of three talks by television commentator Marcus Grodi, Nov. 9, 7:30 p.m.; and November 10, 8:30 a.m., at the Cathedral of SS. Peter and Paul, One Cathedral Square, Providence. Grodi, a former Protestant minister, is the founder of the Coming Home Network, and the host of the “Journey Home” on EWTN. Raffle tickets will be given for each canned good or non-perishable food item brought for the RI Community Food Bank Drive. The first 700 entrants will receive t-shirts.
