NEW YORK-A group of Our Lady of Fatima Middle/High School students, alumni and parents visited Ground Zero as part of the annual Fatima trip to New York City. Students were able to locate the names of those they knew who perished. The names are engraved in stone on a wall encircling a memorial waterfall.

Monsignor Gadoury Catholic Regional, Woonsocket, announces its recent “Caring” Students of the Month. Students and faculty demonstrated their “caring” ways by donating canned goods to local food pantries and holding a Santa’s Workshop, where all proceeds supported the local Adopt-A-Family program.

St. Charles Borromeo to honor namesake
PROVIDENCE – St. Charles Borromeo Church, 178 Dexter St., will honor its patron saint with a bilingual Mass in Spanish and English, Nov. 4, 7 p.m. Following Mass, adoration of the Blessed Sacrament will continue until Sunday, Nov. 6, concluding with a bilingual Mass, 11 a.m., followed by a procession with the Blessed Sacrament through the neighborhood streets. A novena will be prayed individually from Oct. 27 to Nov. 4. For more information, call 421-6441.
