THE ORDINATION OF AUXILIARY BISHOP ROBERT C. EVANS
PROVIDENCE—The Roman Catholic Diocese of Providence is pleased to announce that NBC-10 and WPRI-12 will web and broadcast live the Episcopal Ordination of Rev. Msgr. Robert E. Evans as auxiliary bishop of Providence on Tuesday, December 15 beginning at 2:00 p.m.
“NBC-10 is pleased to bring live, uninterrupted coverage of this historic celebration on our digital channel, RTV, and online at www.turnto10.com,” said Lisa Churchville, President and General Manager of NBC-10. “It is our hope that this public service broadcast will allow those unable to attend the celebration in person the opportunity to witness this important event at home or at work. “

NBC-10 will broadcast the Mass of Episcopal Ordination on RTV, Channel 810 on Cox Cable and 460 on Verizon Fios and its website, www.turnto10.com. WPRI-12 will broadcast the Mass on their website www.wpri.com.
