TO THE EDITOR: Regarding your August 23, 2007 editorial "Sunday is God's Day....", everyone can certainly agree on that and no doubt everyone applauds the provision for Mass the NFL's Steelers place in their hotel contracts. Yet, I could not help notice the Mass provisions is one of many items including: filet mignon, prime rib, a Niagara of Gatorade and bottled water, made-to-order omelets and of course Heinz ketchup, all in a 17-page contract. more
